NYP series internal gear pump is a kind of new positive displacement pump, and is designed according to the different fields requirement of petroleum, chemical industry, painting, medicine, foodstuff and so on. It widely applies to a variety of mediums with different property and viscosity because of special structure and selected different pump’s materials.
Proper medium temperature: -10℃~200℃,the max is 300℃
Proper medium viscosity: 1.0cSt ~ 300,000 cSt

(1) Work principle
Driving gear (outside rotor) with internal tooth drives the internal rotor and operated on same direction in the full sealed pump body. The pump casing and crescent plate of the front cover separate the suction port and discharge port that generate minus pressure at suction side, the liquid be suck and being taken to the outlet by rotor, then the liquid is expelled from the discharge port as the gears mesh. The transport-tation of liquid finished.
(2) Structure Feature
As figure 1, the pump are mainly composed of internal rotor, outside rotor, shaft, pump casing, front cover, seal, bearing etc.The pump seal adopt packing seal or mechanical seal. When the delivery medium is high temperature, high viscocity or strong corrosion, packing seal should be adopted.
When the delivery medium is easy crystallinic, we can design the heat preservation jacket in pump casing and front cover in order to melt the medium with steam when working. The pump can be also fitted with the safty valve.to protect pump.When the pump or pipeline at over pressure condition,the safty valve will be opened automatically that makes the medium return flow,and the system will be safty .
The pump set is composed of the pump, motor and baseplate. The driving way is belt pulley wheel driving or coupling driving.
The direction of rotation is clockwise view from coupling side.

(3) The pump can delivery the variety corrosion mediums if the proper material of parts selected. In addition, the working temperature can reach 300℃
(4) The same rotary direction of internal rotor and outside rotor results in little wear and long operation life.
(5) Pump’s flow/capacity can be changed by adjusting the speed.
(6) It’s specially suitable to delivery high viscocity medium.
